Pump House Gallery is delighted to present the Smoke Fayre; a day of smoke themed workshops, demonstrations and displays exploring the many forms, functions and facets of smoke, part of Pump House gallery’s new exhibition ‘Smoke’
 
Taking place in the stunning setting of Battersea Park in a spectacular Marquee the Smoke Fayre promises to be unlike any event held at the gallery before, bringing together specialists from a diverse range of fields and interests to demonstrate and share their skills. From food smoking demonstrations, you will be able to taste the results to perfecting your own smouldering look with the help of artists from MAC cosmetics, on hand to take you through smoky eye make up techniques to textile artists spinning clouds of smoke from the hair of Smoky Angora rabbits, there promises to be something for everyone.
 
Throughout the day families will be able to take part in smoke themed art workshops, ride on a miniature steam train, explore a real life fire engine and meet smoky Angora Rabbits.  And of course there will be a magician astounding visitors by making objects vanish in a puff of smoke.
