An interactive project in which artist Shane Waltener takes residence at the gallery to learn how  to cake decorate and invites visitors to practice this skill while relating their own stories about cake making and all rituals associated with it.  The project will result in the installation of a large cake display mapping the social and cultural history of the craft.
