
Set in 200 acres of stunning parkland and with its beautiful views over the lake, Pump House Gallery offers a unique and distinctive setting for private or corporate event hire. Previous events at the Pump House Gallery have included:

- Client champagne and canapés
- Wine tasting evenings
- Corporate meetings
- Parties
- Baby naming ceremonies
Bookings include sole use of the building and terrace for up to 150 guests. In addition a marquee may be erected on the terrace for dancing or dining, which together with the hire of the building will allow for up to 200 standing guests or 160 seated for dinner in a marquee.
One of the great advantages of holding your event at the Pump House Gallery is that we are not tied to any particular caterers and there is no corkage fee. You may therefore bring in professional caterer and wine supplier of your choice.
An hour should be set aside at the beginning and end of the hire period for setting up and tidying away. Dancing may only take place outdoors in a marquee.
All clients are required to take out Event Insurance and provide us with a copy two weeks prior to the event date.
A preliminary 30-minute consultation with the PHG Events coordinator, followed by another a few days before the event, is strongly recommended. All consultations are by appointment only.
Times available for hire (please note minimum hire at the weekend is 5 hours):
Monday and Tuesday, 9am to midnight
Wednesday and Thursday, 5pm to midnight
Friday and Saturday, 4pm to midnight
Sunday, 5pm to midnight
