Endowed with beautiful views over the lake in Battersea Park, Pump House Gallery offers an exceptional, unique and tranquil setting for civil wedding and civil partnership ceremonies. Set in 200 acres of stunning parkland, yet within easy reach of central London, this historic Grade II listed Victorian building can accommodate up to 70 guests for your wedding or civil partnership ceremony.
Bookings may include sole use of the building alone, or together with the outdoor terrace, where a marquee may be erected for post-ceremony dining or dancing. The addition of the terrace will provide for up to 200 guests standing or 160 seated within a marquee.

Music to accompany the ceremony or reception within the gallery may be played through our PA system. For the ceremony room we can arrange tables covered with white tablecloths, ring cushion and up to 24 chairs. We are happy to discuss any other proposals you might have.
An hour should be set aside at the beginning and end of the hire period for setting up and tidying away. Dancing may only take place in a marquee.
All clients are required to take out Event Insurance and provide us with a copy two weeks prior to the event date.
A preliminary 30-minute consultation with the PHG Events coordinator, followed by another a few days before the event, is strongly recommended. All consultations are by appointment.
Wedding ceremonies and civil partnerships normally take place on Fridays and Saturdays. Minimum hire period on Fridays is 2.5 hours. Minimum hire period on Saturday is 5 hours.
